Funding and donation policies
  • All payments made whether by cheque, Internet banking or Credit Card will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.

  • We do not offer refunds on financial donations.

  • The Godtalk.nz website uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) industry standard, the highest level of security available today for web-secured applications.

  • Information Security: We process credit cards using DPS (Px Pay 2.0) as our gateway provider. Their systems are designed to protect card payment information. We are provided only with contact details and amounts.

  • Privacy policy: Any data collected is only used for the purposes for which is was given, and is not passed on beyond this.

  • Donations over $5 can receive tax-deductible receipts. These receipts will be sent after the end of the financial year. Note that receipts can only be given where we can identify donations and have been given the donors name and contact details (Donors are asked to email accounts@shininglights.co.nz or team@godtalk.nz after making a donation, to confirm contact details for receipts).

  • Delivery time for goods and services: If we one day offer hard-copy resources, postage would be made within one week, giving volunteers time to dispatch.

  • We offer no subscriptions for newsletters for which any form of payment is required.
